Warranty service

In case of warranty service only service is provided free of charge.

Before the Customer Service Center transfers the device to its own funds and at its expense and in the event of possible injuries during that time, NAR-AV LLC does not bear liability.

CONDITIONS:

Warranty service will take place within 15 business days, but in case of need of parts or details of the device (which is ordered and brought from abroad), it may take up to 30 business days.

            The warranty is valid when filing a properly completed and fully completed warranty certificate with a malfunctioning device. The warranty implies repair works and replacement of damaged spare parts. The renovation is carried out in the workshop of the NAR-AV LLC or the authorized warranty service center. Returns the service center does not execute. If defects are discovered during the warranty period (which have been available since the date of purchase) with respect to the operation of the appliance or its materials, the NAR-AV LLC or the authorized warranty service center will be resumed within the warranty period * or change the product or the defective parts at the discretion of NAR-AV LLC under the following terms and conditions. NAR-AV LLC and authorized warranty service providers may replace defective goods or parts with new or repaired products or parts.

All replaced products and parts become NAR-AV LLC. Warranty services will be provided by the operator for defective goods, a clear and precise guarantee coupon (where the date of purchase, model name, product serial number) will be provided in case of warranty period. NAR-AV LLC may refuse free of charge if these documents are not submitted. To avoid losing, erasing or damaging the information, please separate the information bearing parts or accessories before presenting the product to a warranty service center. Please read the instructions carefully before using the device.

The Company does not bear warranty liability in the following cases:

1. Periodic maintenance and repair of the parts of the equipment in case of their temporary depreciation

2. Regularly accessible parts of the product (such as batteries, printers, cats, lamps, etc.)

3. If the model name or factory number on the product has been changed, deleted, removed, or converted into unreadable

4. Accidents, fire, insects and liquids, penetration of other chemicals, flood, high temperature, wrong ventilation, high or inadequate electrical current or voltage drop, radiation, electrostatic charge, including lightning and other external influences.

5. Malfunctions and malfunctions caused by misuse, misconduct of the product under normal conditions

8. This warranty applies only to the technical part of the product. It does not apply to computers (desktops, laptops, netbooks, tablets) on which the attached or supposed licensed agreements are end-user or separate warranties. In case of use of a product or a product that is not intended for use by a malicious software incorporated in the product, NAR-AV LLC does not warrant any warranty.
